I cycled 4 miles to the next town today and trawled the shops for pork scratcings as I have them for a treat,I don't eat a great deal of calories at the moment and so considering the 8 miles cycled I think they are ok to eat and very low carbs about 0.5 per pack the salt probabaly helps seeing I'm not eating any processed foods, they are the large packs 35g but not the traditional gnarly looking scratchings that break your teeth, they are the light and crispy variety called Golden pork crunch and are 3 for £1 in poundland
per 100g....although a 35g serving
31.8g fat
saturates 5.9g
carbs 1.32g
protein 64.6g
I thought I would post this as I have found it difficult to source a nice big bag of these in the usual supermarkets and someone might fancy a low carb crunchy treat
