Hi,
I found a cut under my toe today. It's a very thin cut, that goes across the crease of my skin. I'm assuming it's either cracked from the dry weather or I've stood on something and stretched the skin too far and it's split.
I've put some savalon on and put a clean thin pad around it with some socks.
This is the first cut on my foot I've had since being diagnosed and haven't had my foot check yet.
Do I need to worry about it? Is there anything particular I should be doing? I understand being diabetic holds higher risks with injuries, especially on the feet.
Thank you
Bx
