Well for the pictured a "serving" would weigh around 120g, if you want more than that then yes just weigh and work out the carbs
(for future I used the nutrition for 100g, divided it by the 100 and multiplied it by 120 to get relatively close to what it states carbs as a serving therefore the weight would be 120g ) xx

I never used to weigh things I just used to eyeball on carbs and cals but more recently somehow my eyeballing things has gone to pot and I'm finding myself weighing things even when we're out I take my folding scale with me but sometimes I feel stupid doing that
