Thanks for that Mike, I need to pull back a bit I know, it's becoming a bit of an obsession but I have to get low for the double hip ops. They promised them by December but now it will be next year. It's over two and half years now because whilst I was waiting, they had forgotten me, it was only after two years I queried what was happening and they told me they thought they had been done over a year ago.
You can imagine e after that when they then delayed them until after Xmas again. I'm trying to get myself as fit for the ops as possible because the pain in my hips and groin is unbearable most of the time. I'm sure as you dais if I keep them in single figures I should be well under the <70 which he said he's prepared to accept.
