When the clock's go forward, or back, do you do your BI at the new time or what was the old time?

I try to change my breakfast blood test/insulin/breakfast by around 30 minutes to kind of balance the change, but It depends which way the time goes whether I manager it or not :D

As far as I can see, 1 hour -either way- , once in a while it doesn't seem to matter that much. 🙂

I agree with MCH - with Lantus, an hour either way didn't seem to make any difference, so I just went with the new time when the clocks changed.

I took my lantus 30 minutes earlier this morning. So tomorrow when the clocks go forward I can transition back to my usual 7:30.

I will just inject my lantus at the usual time as being an hour sooner or later doesn't seem to have any effect on me. Mind you, I'm only on one unit, so never quite sure if it actually has any effect on me!
