I try to change my breakfast blood test/insulin/breakfast by around 30 minutes to kind of balance the change, but It depends which way the time goes whether I manager it or not
As far as I can see, 1 hour -either way- , once in a while it doesn't seem to matter that much. 🙂
I will just inject my lantus at the usual time as being an hour sooner or later doesn't seem to have any effect on me. Mind you, I'm only on one unit, so never quite sure if it actually has any effect on me!
