Some corned beef in the fridge, some tins of tuna, some Marcel somewhere and a tomatoes that I could have for tea. No bread, potatoes or rice in the house though.

Caught up on the w/end with a friend of mine who had a cardiac arrest three months ago or so. Riding her bike, fortunately in an urban kind of area close to hospital. Super lucky, really - ambulance got to her in time & she's doing very well now; looking good, riding her bike again, back at work etc with a de-fib installed. She says the de-fib takes some getting used to, but she can imagine how stressful it would be without one, never knowing if the hammer is going to come down again ...
