Yesterday I had a packet of crisps (Walker, Cheese & Onion); first packet in 6months and when I ate them I thought 'what was the fuss about'.....
Today I had 2 sausages; again haven't had one for a while and the same thought ran through my head....although they we're tasty🙄
What does this tell me...
I thought cutting out junk from my diet was going to be difficult; but its been easier than I thought.. what I did really enjoy even more was the handful of walnuts I had at lunch.... You can exercise your body to lose the fat but you can also re-programme your mind to lose the cravings.... 🙂
