Welcome to the forumHi all im very new to this, just wondering as a type 2 i know i have to keep carbs low,but can i have then every meal? so cereals at breakfast, maybe soup n slice of soda bread dinner and, potatoes with tea?
130g per day includes everything even drinks, there are carbs in many foods which people are not aware of.hi
thanks for getting back to me, yeah im veggie so meat n fish i dont eat, i dont do low fat yogurt either as its full of sugar, so i opt for a plant yogurt, but have cut back on that, and cut right back on cheese too, the veggies ill eat all day long, and pasta i have switched to wholemeal, that said its mixed with white to use up,130g carbs a day? will ahve to work on this as a lot of food has carbs in, or would it be 130g of rice paste bread potoato cereal (mixed ) a day
