Hi all
I seem to be struggling in a morning at present with breakfast. Rather than blood spikes, I seem to be having quick drops (2- 2.5hours after eating) where I am dropping below 5 and even 4. This is despite eating either 3 scrambled egg and 2 wholegrain toast or 2 (even 3 sometimes Weetabix) and having a couple of coffees.
I am having the carbs as I thought these will help keep the BG up for longer but it doesnt seem to be working- has anybody else had similar issues. It does mainly seem to be in the morning until lunch when it is worse.
