They say that drinking coffee and tea can cause increased urine production, is there a way to actually measure this?
Like say you drank 2 litres of tea would you void exactly 2 litres or more at some point? Would you total urine output for the day be increased?
I'm having some slight increased urination today (more than 2 litres already), however I have drank a fair bit (mainly tea etc), about 2 litres today.
Even so, yesterday I hardly went at all, only about 3 times and total void of 1.4 litres.
With high blood sugar, wouldn't the increase in urination be more frequent and consistent?
