Yes the 10.3 was after eating. It was a big meal.

We had diced chicken and lamb kofta with salad and a pitt bread with a few wedges. 🙄 so will be ditching the wedges next time and maybe try wrapping the meat in lettuce rather than a pitta x

Yes, either or both of the pitta bread and wedges will be the problem. If you ditch both and the result is good, you could then try adding just one of them back in, possibly in a smaller quantity.

Best when testing to concentrate on one carby item at a time, otherwise you don't know which is the problem. You then have a choice if you get a large rise to eliminate completely, or to reduce the portion.

I find a useful motto is:'I don't have to have a whole one.' So I can have 1/4 or 1/2 of various items that I wouldn't want to risk as a whole one. Luckily my husband is a very active non-D, so he is happy to have tho other 1/2 or 3/4 of the apple, pear, peach, cookie, croissant etc! But there is always clingfilm.

Lettuce leaves can make a good wrap, or replace a burger bun.
You might try just 1/2 a pitta if it is something you don't want to eliminate?

Hi Martin.

I did a test straight after on the other hand and got the exact same reading. I will test again after a jacket potato and see what that brings back x
