I used to have the same, though only one Weetabix, but I've since ditched the Weetabix and now sprinkle a handful of crushed walnuts over my berries and Greek yogurt. Walnuts have a fraction of the carbs of Weetabix and are more nutritious (and filling).

M & S grainfree nut and fruit granola 9g carbs per 100g with your yoghurt and berries. So you much less than your weetabix which would be 28g carbs for 2.
Boiled eggs, cheese with crispbread.

If you have a Holland and Barrett they do Keto Hana granola which has similar carbs. They may have a low carb muesli but it is usually quite high carb.
If you are prepared to make your own then there is a recipe on sugarfreelondoner.

Smoothie?
Smooties are not considered very good as the ingredients being blitzed convert to glucose more quickly than the individual components would. Bought ones tend to have banana which is high carb but you could try making your own but you would need to test to see how they affected you before assuming they are OK.

There is also a certain amount of satisfaction in chewing food so that it makes you feel sated rather than drinking it, so as well as smoothies being more likely to spike your levels than the individual solid components, they are also less likely to make you feel full. I have found since going low carb that I really enjoy foods that are crunchy in texture.
I have creamy Greek style natural yoghurt with berries and seeds and a good dusting of cinnamon for breakfast along with a coffee made with real cream. The fat from the creamy yoghurt and the cream in the coffee and the crunchiness of the seeds keeps me satisfied until lunchtime or sometimes evening if I am busy.

I like Dorset cereals Simply Nutty muesli. I only sprinkle 2 spoonfuls over full fat yoghurt and berries to keep it low to medium carb.
It's very nutty with no dried fruit so I find it very filling.

I'm with you on that score, Barbara. I decided at the start of the year to ditch my single Weetabix and sprinkle a handful of crushed walnuts on my berries and Greek yogurt instead, and I wish I'd done it before. As well as feeling more filling it's also halved the amount of carbs in my breakfast.

if you can tolerate oats, then maybe some overnight oats, with greek yoghurt, almond milk, chia seeds, berries and nuts, I use 100% rolled oats, not processed. Or I sometimes have a poached egg on granary toast. Or try making some egg bites and you can have them hot or cold. Loads of good recipes on the net for both overnight oats and egg bites. Cheers

This is delicious and healthy but it is 16g carbs per 50g serving. I like to vary my breakfast so always have this in my cupboard, but what I would say is that I have much less than a 50g serving because you don't need that much, and your jaws will work hard as there is a lot of chewing, further I would add a spoonful of this over a yoghurt will be an easy healthy breakfast, plus it is wholegrains and oats. I sometimes add walnuts to it.
