This Thursday I have to attend an external meeting 7am until 10am.
I have jsut started my new low gi diet and really want to stick to it.
The meeting includes breakfast and I would prefer to take something myself that is simple and easy to eat. Any ideas?
Don't really want to get my bowl of homemade muesli out in front of everyone!🙂
I think the breakfast will be bacon sarnies that is provided.
