As well as sometimes simply skipping breakfast I have:-
- eggs loads of different ways (scrambled with extras, hard boiled poached, fried, omelette, frittata, sashuka, muffins
- bacon
- homemade granola based loosely on this https://www.ditchthecarbs.com/grain-free-granola/ but made with whatever nuts and seeds etc I have around at the time. Usually toasted in a big sautée pan rather than the over so I’m not tempted to walk away and it burn.
- greek yogurt and berries
- last nights left overs
- cold meats and cheese continental style
