On the menu today was
Breakfast - Berry & Cherry Porridge Pot
Dinner - Bacon & Fried Egg Sandwich
Tea - Pork & Leek Sausages, Cauliflower, Yorkshire Puddings and Gravy
Already have my menu sorted for tomorrow too x

Ok I'll play!

Breakfast: 2 slices of Bergen toast: one with crunchy peanut butter and one with butter and marmite.
Lunch: 3 bits of mature cheddar; a Graze box; a small apple
Before cycling home: a Nature Valley protein bar and a little box of raisins
Dinner: leftover Chana Sag and Veg bhaji from Friday (I always freeze half of my Friday takeaway and save it for Weds when my OH goes out) and about to have a Greek yoghurt with peanut butter and a small banana.

After you going on about it I'm so glad my planned breakfast for tomorrow is toasted waffles and crunchy peanut butter haha x

Breakfast. Avocado. I can't do carb in the mornings, too busy sorting out my dawn rise.
Midmorning. Cappucino.
Lunch. Spinach soup, half an Apple and a satsuma, Brazil nuts. 2 sq 90% dark choc
Dinner. Spag bol. I can usually cope with a small portion of pasta, but think I can get away with a larger one tonight. Did a load of gardening this afternoon ( tidying up and cutting back) and did a big Bolus up front,( probably too much, so will see if I need a snack later)

Ok I must admit midmorning - Sachet of fudge hot chocolate (delicious) and mid afternoon a cup of coffee, need it in this weather haha x

It was only when I wrote it that I realised there was a bit of a peanut buttery theme there! As it happens by the time I got round to dessert my levels were dropping so I had to forego the second peanut butter portion of the day!
