BERTIE

I started doing it a couple of months back as I wanted to refresh my DAFNE knowledge from 14 years ago and thought that might be a good way to do it. It seemed good I think but I'm a serial online course taker...unfortunately I'm not a serial online course finisher!

I've just looked up my details for the course. I started mid December! I will return to it.

I did the Bertie last year. I’d taught myself to carb count from books, but one of the hoops I had to jump through to get my Libre on prescription was to have completed a recognised Carb counting course, and Bertie fitted the bill. It was useful revision, I found it easy to follow, and the places where you had to write stuff was good for concentrating my mind on things.

I did a live course based on BERTIE - and helped Beta test the original BERTIE online course, I love it! (in the absence of F to F, I stress)

I have just registered with it, and will begin my education tomorrow.

Hope you get on well with it Martin. Let us know how it goes!

I answered in your other thread 🙂
