Before Tea/Evening Meal

4.8 for me. One of my favourite singer/songwriters died today - Dave Cousins from the Strawbs - so I spent the afternoon listening to their albums and writing a semi-fictional story about Crate Digging.
 
4.9 for me, have been on the low end of things all day.
 
It was an 8.0 for me this fine evening....Hope it's a bit cooler tomorrow, so many jobs to do
in the garden, and this weather just drains me.

Hard day at volunteering at hospital, Mondays are always the same in the surgical ward but was well worth it.
Dentist in afternoon for a crown , better than I thought no discomfort

4 7 for me, lovely cool day , did loads of work in the garden and am now finishing reading 'Dracula'. Trying to think of a joke re Dracula and blood glucose... sorry no luck. Wishing everyone a pleasant Monday evening.
