Before Tea/Evening Meal

And it was a 7.2 on this much cooler day, that was until the sun appeared around four o'clock...
 
Evening all. It's a 4.6 for me after spending the afternoon cutting privet hedges....

5.3 after a day in the 4s after this morning's walk. Just about to have hunter's chicken and veg, yum

And it's a 6.1 for me this fine evening....
 
5.0 for me, as I sit here eating my mini Twister (9 carbs). Yum.

Now what shall we eat for supper??? Every Saturday, I have exhausted my extensive menu. :rofl::rofl::rofl:
