Before Tea/Evening Meal

Evening was 5.4 this evening
 
Evening folks. It was an 6.7 for me before dinner today....
 
A 5.7 for me this very warm evening....
 
4.6 after a busyish day full of household admin.

Wishing everyone a lovely evening
 
5.7 tonight confirmed on FP test as Libra became dislodged & failed this afternoon
 
And it was a whopping 8.3 tonight, and that is unusually high for me...
 
Back down to normal with a 6.0 this very warm evening, it's showing a 32.3 °C on my outside thermometer
and that's in the shade...
 
3.8, alarm went off just as I started to eat. Felt fine so didn't treat and just ate dinner.
 
.4.9 for me. So much cooler. Deep joy.

Evening all, it was an 8.1 for me before dinner this fine evening...
 
I'm not really testing at the moment, but yesterday did have a 'normal' eating day and wolfed down a Thai meal including all the carbs. Two hour reading was in the sixes, before tea back to 5.2

So to celebrate I accidentally drank half a bottle of wine!
