Before Tea/Evening Meal

It was a 5.1 for me this morning and it's a 5.1 for me again before dinner this evening.

5.3 which was a surprise after eating M&Ms all day, crisps and a lunch that may have contained potatoes! Something appears to be occasionally working to keep that glucose down (A walk at lunch probably helped!)
 
5.1 after eating out today, had a lamb and chicken shawarma, salad with olives and some homous, very nice
 
6.3 tonight, officially been on a day off today, but ended up working most of the day 🙄
 
It’s a 69 tonight sorry not a 69 it’s 6.9 obviously
after a pretty flat, flat line all day today
