Before Tea/Evening Meal

Just had a special tea.. homemade lamb and cauliflower curry, sadly no nan bread or roti, but used a spoon, very nice, reads are now 6.2
 
A 6.9 for me before dinner this evening.

It's a 6.0 for me this fine evening.

think early to bed tonight, feeling shattered
back to work tomorrow and only slept about 4 hrs yesterday

before a very light evening meal (which was basically my lunch)
as couldn’t earlier in the day
