Before Tea/Evening Meal

Evening ‘twas a Heinz Special (5.7 tonight)
slightly stressful day having spent most of my morning doing work related stuff (on what should’ve been a days holiday)
I’m working until midday tomorrow, mostly doing some online training that I’m behind on then I’m off until sometime in the new year

this afternoon been down to an appointment at the local hospital (Eye Department)
part of my pre-med the in-person part (biometry assessment) the scans she was able to do successfully, hopefully the team down at Oxford will be happy with the images she was able to obtain today,
Im now (excuse the pun) looking forward to surgery on the 30th December
 
A 7.8 tonight! Would have been better if I had nit accepted 2 x Quality Street when offered to me! The strawberry one was actually quite sickly.
 
5.2. Very pleased with that as I was a little higher than I'd have liked before lunch and was being treated to some nice food from a farm shop so carbs were a bit of a guess.

I also wanted to factor in a little correction so I would be getting more towards the 5-6 range rather than the high 7's-9's range.

And I seem to have got it pretty much spot on.

Off for a Christmas Eve burger at our favourite burger joint tonight so will try and do a better job of getting the correct dose and avoid drinking my wife's full fat Pepsi this time too :D

I’m feeling exhausted only got a few hours sleep yesterday
feel like I could sleep from now until … maybe Christmas :rofl:

Trip to Rugby (Crate digging) after a nice fry up this morning.
 
And it was a 6.7 for me this fine evening, I even washed the car this afternoon..

6.0 tonight
yesterday evening ate some stuff I shouldn’t have, ended up in double figures (as I went to bed)
 
It was a 7.4 for me before dinner this fine but foggy evening.
