Wow, a whopping 10.2 for me pre-dinner this evening.

6 tonight (only just got home) it’s been a l o n g day at work today
 
Evening all, a happy 7.7 for me this fine day.

having started the day with a HS was shocked tonight to see a Unicorn
HAGW folks
 
5.4 for me after a day trip to Bristol - my daughter went to look at Uni there.
 
And a 7.3 for me pre-dinner this evening....

5.7 tonight,
which is fast escalating to a peak (hopefully soon) having had a Curry ok I dint have rice but a vegetable mix & half a Naan Bread, followed by a Cream Choux Bun … ooops o_O
 
Good morning/moaning! First night in three or four I have been woken by Phantom Pain. Gave up after half-an-hour and got up and took a strong painkiller. BG 8.1 - Stop and Run!

Very light rain on kitchen window!
 
good evening tonight HS, might treat myself and eat the same as I did yesterday evening and see how it affects me tonight
