Weekends are the bane of my life of my life at the moment (sorry maybe a little bit of a rant coming here lol). Basically, I spent hours upon hours in the gym during the week, eat the right foods and am basically a Saint. Then Saturday comes along and things go a little haywire ? especially during the footy season.
It starts with me meeting up with my mates before the game and thinking ? well I have been so good during the week, one or two drinks isn?t too bad. Then following another abject performance from my team, a few more to ease the pain of defeat by which time Im starving and then a curry seems a good idea!
Then I wake up on Sunday and wonder what on earth I had done and why things had gone off track so much!
Am I beating myself up about nothing here and being too hard on myself?
