Assaulted by clubs security after asking for help with a hypo

I think the precautionary glucose tablets in the pocket would probably suffice Bill. Not an unreasonable suggestion really.
 
Utterly ridiculous remarks and so you @Bill Stewardson clearly amity islands post was just a helpful suggestion I know an alien concept to you !

Absolutely, we should all carry them, me included.

Just trying to be humorous, which is usually a mistake.

I knew you were using extremes to highlight the ridiculousness of it all in a caustic 'humorous' way Bill. However you came over angry and critical of Amity Island's suggestion which ruffles feathers. I think using Amity's post to make your comments was a little discourteous and I'd be surprised if you intended to be.

the worst thing that the company could do is try to stifle your complaint and make it hard for you. it would blow up in their face, especially if the press got hold of the story
I hope you stand your ground and get the company to train their staff.

The night club and security staff would be considered a 'Service Provider' and therefore need to abide by the Equality Act. Hannah I feel there has been some miscommunication here...Andrew says he was the victim of an assault by the security staff...neither of the links above would cover what would amount to a criminal investigation once this is reported to the police...criminal investigations are their sole province...once an investigation had been concluded...it would be referred to the CPS for advice on whether to charge or not.
