How many carbs do you account for with apples?
If you look at the back of the pack and say it says 11.5g per 100 g, is that only of eaten apple? Does it take into consideration the core which is chucked?
The apples we buy are 120g on average so this works @11.5g per 100g to
14g carbs roughly. However, I never take into consideration the core, and it only dawned on me recently that i was possbily over - egging the apples!
