I've just been reading the health benefits of apple juice. It is not something I would normally buy but are there any on the market which are 'diabetic friendly'?
According to one of my DSNs, fruit juice is a 'no never' for me as a T2 and to only ever eat the fruit whole. These days I can afford take all such instructions with a pinch of salt, but find undiluted juice too sweet. If I do indulge, I mix it 50/50 with water or homemade iced tea instead.
P.S. I really prefer my apple juice fermented. Cloudy cider... mmmm! Fortunately (?) it's very difficult to find the good stuff in Essex.
