WOW talking about targets & outside of work to (I work in sales so it’s all target driven & KPI’s when I’m at work)
Weight Loss
My BMI is now down to sitting in the middle of overweight section on the NHS scale (according to NHS BMI Calculator)
Target I want to be by Easter this year, loose another 10 KG that should then get me out of the overweight section so my BMI says I’m at a “healthy weight”
Fitness
I need to increase my fitness, especially now I’ve turned 60 and it’s almost 2 years ago I had ankle surgery, also as I’ve lost weight my body does need toning up 😉 slightly Mrs @goodybags keeps saying I’m looking a bit saggy and will soon need ironing last summer I did a introduction to fitness & healthy eating program which was sponsored by the EFL which was a great help and gave me a kick start but need to do a bit more I know
Diabetes Management
My last Hba1c was 48 (back in September) which myself and all my HCT were happy with, I want to ensure it doesn’t go crazy again even if my GP & DSN are right, when they say we can do a 6 month plan to get me off of Insulin, but I just want to keep my HbA1c at a respectable number
