to see if I can get those INR levels balanced...up and down like a yoyo for the last couple of months...try as I might so difficult to get it right...exasperating!

Thanks Alan...so do I...if its not right you may hear me screaming...just so frustrating!

Good luck with it Bubbsie 🙂 must be driving you up the wall having to balance all those different levels.

Thanks KookyCat...yes it does to a certain degree...getting control of my BG...off blood pressure meds...but have little control over the Warfarin...just one of those things... and in comparison to what others here are struggling with small in comparison..but...so frustrating...congratulations on your moderator position...excellent choice from DUK.

I hope that you get the levels that you want today.

Thanks AJ...perhaps I'm becoming a little too obsessive about it...need to relax a little...not such a massive issue...more inconvenient...how are you today?...a rough time for you...hoping you get a break soon...take care.

Good luck, hope you get a sympathetic nurse.
Robin got referred back to the hospital clinic...so much better...get to speak to specialist nurse after blood test...and if levels are not right...can have an appointment in a couple of days...as opposed to nurse 'Ratchet' at the surgery who only holds a clinic once a week...no specialist nurse there...just number crunching...thank you.

Missed a good luck to you. Glad you have had a good outcome. Here's hope levels settle down. Bye bye nurse ratchet

Hi bubbsie It will not be easy trying to control something which doesn't always have seen reasons to change. I have a 16 yr old relative who after heart surgery, warfarin levels went up n down every few days. He's lucky children's services gave him monitor and he text in results to lab. 1 year on they seem more settled, but always in the fore of life. Good luck to you.

AJ, hope as well you are getting a wee break. Thinking of you both. Carol

Thankyou Carol

Good luck today love x hope all goes well x

Absolutely spot on Carol...anything can upset that balance...if I try something new to eat...need to make sure I eat it regularly...or levels will go haywire...however if new foods not suitable for 'Betty' then can't eat it regularly...I don't self monitor...thinking about it...but hideously expensive...already self funding BG control...numbers have been rising slowly...so almost there...must be patient...not one of my greatest virtues...hope you rang that GP this morning?
