Saw the the proper Dr at the clinic today rather than the useless locum I saw last time. A good review because she'd read my notes and we discussed my D taking my other conditions and medication into account, what a refreshing change.
Anyway HBA1C is 48 which she said was good for a Creonista. Showed her the graphs from the libre on my laptop and she was pleased with my overall control.
Cholesterol 4.5, kidneys functioning OK. The only slight blemish on my record was a slightly high BP but she said she didn't trust the readings at hospital anyway so has asked GP to monitor it.
Discussed the problems I've been having with dosage/timings in the evenings which she thought was due to increased insulin sensitivity in the evenings. She advised me on some timingds/ratios to try. Tonight I've managed 100% bolus in one go without going hypo, a little high but that's probably just a timing issue.
Enough of my waffle and see you all on the 7 day waking average thread tomorrow.
