Bit confused with nuts .. in particular almonds (raw and nothing added).
Most Supermarkets etc seem to say about 6-7g carbs per 100g.
So why then in the diabetes UK meal planner:
WHY does it say almonds as a snack …40g are 1g of carbs ??? Surely 40g almonds are just under 3g of carbs ??!! I know it’s not much between 1g and 3g … but it does not add up to me !
