I’ve been watching the sunscreen one four a little while, but the sudden appearance of another new member of questionable geographical location who targeted the same thread is enough to ban both IMO - no overlapping geographies or IP addresses but still…

I’ll wait to see if any complaints are made!

Nothing here either and did day you posted

Still nothing received here either!

@blaw86 Please would you post when you send out with either the sending email address or the title of the email as if I’m having to go through spam I’d like to be sure what I’m looking for so I don’t get scammed! Thank you

I never received the voucher either @blaw86

I didn’t get a voucher either.
Often check my junk mail as things often end up there.

Ditto for me too

I didn't get a voucher, either!
However, I didn't supply an email address to which it could be sent!
People give blood for free, why not the same for surveys which are intended to help diabetes research?

I wasn't expecting to get one, but was happy to complete the survey anyway.

Nope, no voucher received here either, I did the survey when this was first posted, so is this a scam? data harvesting maybe?

If they hadn’t offered a voucher then that would have been fine - as is choosing not to leave an email address so not being eligible for one - but offering a voucher if you leave an email address then not delivering is very poor and leaves me feeling that I’ve been scammed into leaving my email - which I wouldn’t have done otherwise!

I am now much less inclined to do another survey promoted on here in the future - whether or not there’s an incentive!

We want to hear your views about how your type 2 diabetes is managed by the NHS. We will use the information you provide to see whether we could develop specific programmes which are tailored to the needs of older adults with type 2 diabetes. This project is being run by Dr Nicola Guess at the University of Oxford and Rebecca Lawton who is a specialist diabetes dietitian at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. We would like you to complete a short questionnaire which we think will take 10-15 mins. Please visit the link below for more information and to participate. You will be given a £12 voucher as a thank you for completing the questionnaire. https://app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk/s/oxford/high-protein-in-older-adults

Hello, I’m so sorry to everyone for the mix up and delay in sending the vouchers. I am sorry for the slow response to your concerns, I haven’t received notifications of the posts. I spoke to Nicola yesterday and sent over the voucher numbers, Nicola is then sending them out manually via email. You should receive them by the end of this week if not already. Apologies again and I can reassure that your data is secure. Thank you all for taking the time to complete the survey.

I'm finding a fair degree of latency when uploading posts to the forum also being flipped out. Is it me?

Uh. That whole sentence needs translating for me. I think that I need to leave the responses to people that are more tech.

Yeah I don’t know what that means. It always takes a few very brief moments from pressing post to it uploading.

How long is the delay? As Lucy mentioned, it should only take a couple of seconds. Does it happen on any other websites you use?

I'm using a pixel 7 latest android and chrome browser. It's not a few seconds delay. There's varying delays on various websites but that's normal. Network latency could be an issue. However I also I find that if I move off to another tab from posting I'm flipped out, sometimes posts are uploaded other times they are lost. Eg I've rewritten posts thinking I've lost them to find they've been uploaded.
