Hi, can I ask if you checked your junk mail? The vouchers should have been sent out automatically on submission of the questionnaire.

Please could you clarify how and when the £12 voucher will be given to respondents. I completed the questionnaire on 20th April and haven’t heard or received anything!

Hi Max, I am sorry that you did not receive the voucher, they should've been sent out automatically. Please could you check your junk mail for the date you completed the questionnaire and let me know if not received.
 
Please can anyone let me know if they DID receive a voucher following completion of this survey? So that I know if they are going out automatically as they are meant to. Thank you.

Sorry to add to the confusion I also completed the survey April 19 and have just checked spam and deleted boxes. No voucher to be seen.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve just checked both my inbox and junk right back to the date in question (20th April) and I’ve definitely not received the voucher. I’d be very grateful if you could sort it. Thanks
 
Original poster was from Pakistan. Somebody from China has joined in with recommendations although no links to specific products. Have quarantined the thread for review @Ieva DUK @everydayupsanddowns .
 
Ban them both now, both first post stink and this will only get ugly
