I was 32 when diagnosed a year ago as type 2 I get the impression that this is a young age to get diagnosed, it had been coming for awhile, I have 4 separate conditions that make weight management harder, pcos, hypothyroidism, sjrogrens syndrome and now type 2 and had last year rocketed in the space of 2 years to 26st, never been skinny but that was extreme. Now a year later I'm still 21st if only it could come off as quickly as it went on.
Anyways so I feel like 32 is too young to be diagnosed, I worry for my children that I'm not going to be around for long, more so now that I seem to be hypo every other day, I'm now limiting carbs drastically in a bid to lose weight... I'd like to hear other people's story's, what they've done, how long since diagnosis etc..
