Me agin asking a million questions . With regards fat does this slow down how carbs react to sugar levels. I keep seeing posts talk about having butter on a scone etc ? Where can I get information on all this please ? Thanks

Testing is the answer. In the early days it is what is the deciding factor into what you can personally eat as we all respond differently. A scone and butter would send my levels high regardless of the fat. You may not find the same.

Whilst carbs have to be regulated because they will turn to glucose, fat will slow down their absorption so it is better to have a well balanced meal than rely on one or two food groups. Diabetes responds well to regular meals too.

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access pdfs.

Free download from Adobe website, here

http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

It's 100% fine, just follow the instructions .....

You may then need to do a restart to get it to work for the very first time - it will tell you if you do.

I hope Dalaney sees this. Thanks TW.
I must stop making assumptions. I thought Adobe was a ready installed programme and just a basic.😱

Yes, I use Foxit it too because my system is quite old and Acrobat just swamps it
