Tracey just wondering how you were diagnosed? Was it from fasting readings or a glucose tolerence test?
Think your numbers look very good though.

hi sofaraway, i was diagnosed by fasting, first one was 9 something and second one was 10.4 xxx

didnt get home today until 3pm and missed lunch, tested as i said earlier in my other thread when i got in an was proud of my 5.5 but because i skiped lunch i was straving an ended up havin some of what my daughter was cooking, i had a granary roll, with a sauage tablespoon of baked beans an 6 homemade chips in it, tested an hour later an i was 8.7 went for a walk an tested again 8.8 😱 should have just stuck to the roll an put some ham in it, at least now i know not to have that again. i dont think i should skip meals anymore.
