Hi,
This is my first post, so i hope i'm posting this in the right place. I have had type 1 for 30 years and my wife and i have started the adoption process. I have been asked to have a 'mortality report' completed on me by a doctor to, i can only assume give them an idea of my possible life expectancy. Has anyone has to do this before? I was quite shocked that they would ask a 36 year old to do this, but it may just be standard practice and im being overly sensitive.
Any thoughts?
