A little success this morning. Following yesterday's disaster with Allban (1hr post meal and reading was a staggering 11.1); I had a slice of bergen bread this morning (no spread) with a poached egg, immediately prior to eating my reading was 6.1; 1hr later 6.9; 2hrs later 6.9. So at least I've found one meal I can have....
A massive thank you to those who recommended alternatives and for their support. 😉
Going to mix and match with the bread but also try natural yoghurt and fruit/nuts. Also lost another 3lbs so my anxieties in the week have subscided a little. Just need to learn that if at first you don't succeed just try try and try again....
Quick question: Does anyone use natural bran with their food?
