Unfortunately I find that does not work for me, neither does not having it in the house, if I crave something bad enough I would walk around the corner to the shop. I also find sometimes if I dont have what I crave, I will over eat other stuff, and sometimes then get what I craved on top.Put the item on a high shelf in pieces so you can't get the whole piece at once Ditto. lol
Even shorter or top precious for some with regards to the current flap!Gridtnr, I still have the occasional treat, life is too short
Exactly, we are not saints,we are only human.Unfortunately I find that does not work for me, neither does not having it in the house, if I crave something bad enough I would walk around the corner to the shop. Yeah that is why I say I try to be on the wagon, more than off it.Exactly, we are not saints,we are only human.
Even that trick does not work for me at my worse. Sometimes I can manage it. Don't think I have any in the house at the moment. That's why psychologically speaking, I like the Moser Roth from Aldi - it's Aldi's 'own brand' label but actually made by a chocolate firm somewhere in England! Anyway, I can kid myself that I've just eaten a WHOLE BAR of chocolate when I've had one portion, cos they are each individually wrapped.
