sadly amanda i stuffer from spikes from similar things ...tomatoes & cherrys & porridge ...seriously ....occasionally i have an apple ..very occasionally a banana ... raspberry's and blueberry's seem not too bad... melon my favorite can only a small taste ( cucumber a nice substitute) ...! pre Dx i was what i thought a very healthy eater ...LOADS of fruit ...all a bit pure and organic... muesili...not quite a yoghurt knitter but well aware of 'good food' ....oops wrong again ..:D
you are doing well with your testing one step at a time tho hunny ...its all about MODERTION xx good luck x

if you using peanut butter ..use no added sugar ...whole earth the only one I know

Am really fed up now - porridge spiked me to 10.3; this mornig I had a bowl of Allbran and my sugars went from 6 - 11.1 after 1 hr. Going to give cereal a knock on the head - tomorrow I'm having an omlette... I could cry 😡
 
aww you poor thing ...keep trying out new ones ...say conentrate on brekkie for a week etc ...you'll get there ...main thing dont try to much at once ...cut out all obvious sugars then keep an eye on less obvious xx i had granola one time ..yum and didnt do me too much harm sugar wise ..kept me nice and full ...but check it has no added sugars honey dried fruit etc ...nut are ok xx the grainer and seeder the better !😉

ps if you feel the urge to be naughty ..have a guilt free 'taste' ..ummm...:D sloe gin and dark chocolate ..eek
