sadly amanda i stuffer from spikes from similar things ...tomatoes & cherrys & porridge ...seriously ....occasionally i have an apple ..very occasionally a banana ... raspberry's and blueberry's seem not too bad... melon my favorite can only a small taste ( cucumber a nice substitute) ...! pre Dx i was what i thought a very healthy eater ...LOADS of fruit ...all a bit pure and organic... muesili...not quite a yoghurt knitter but well aware of 'good food' ....oops wrong again ..
