I was disappointed in Aldi the other day they had no 70% + dark chocolate as is recommended by ZOE for health purposes. They say the higher percent of cacau the better but more difficult to eat. I find I can't even do 85%. I do prefer Milk chocolate but the dark chocolate for health only. I am thinking just getting the cacau powder to add to chia seed almond milk apparently that makes a good chocolate pudding also 🙂
