My 5 year old granddaughter was diagnosed a month ago and it’s extremely hard waking her up in the night to give her correction or juice but like you we have to deal with it just found this forum x
If she’s low in the night, have you tried giving her a sugary drink with a straw? We found that we could just stick a straw in our daughter’s mouth and tell her to drink and she’d suck it without even waking up properly. Saves a lot of time trying to wake her up first. Don’t know if I’d have tried injections without waking her, she was on a pump so it was easy to do corrections without disturbing her at all. I think we did find we could do a finger prick without waking her up, before we had sensors!
