I originally got them from my local pharmacist. He ordered them for me and I had to pay a couple of pounds. Then he could only get huge ones which were too big for home use.
A friend told me that his daughter took them to her clinic appointments and swapped a full one for an empty. She is still at the juvenile clinic.
My wife took a full one to the local health centre to dispose of and they said she could get me a new one - free - so we've been doing that since.
I now need a new one but she's a bit reluctant to even go to the health centre, or to observe the 2m rule.
I think I'll give them a phone ..
