there's a pre paid label in the return envelope along with the biohazard bags and a sheet of paper instructing you what to do, just slap it on and put your address where it says to xx
 
I have had the dispatch email , timed17.55 , I had it a couple of hours by then. Tracking link still did not work.

Thank you, what a dope I am! I think its because I don't want to touch anything at the moment. I hadn't even looked in the envelope!

No, in the nearly year I have been dealing with them I have never been able to track my deliveries. I have had with no problems, but when each order is nearly hundred pound at least, I would expect to track.

Yep I'm pretty much the same but knew the drill as it'll be the 3rd I've had to return, they say set parcels aside for a day and it'll be fine so that's exactly what I'm doing but then I haven't ordered much unlike Bruce 🙄 I had a concentrate delivery on Tuesday and my sensor yesterday and not planning on ordering anything else for now xx
