I am pretty fed up with having cold feet all the time now I have the dreaded D . I used to wear sandals from about April to September but my feet are now cold even in very hot weather in trainersdoes everyone suffer like this?
Mine are only cold if and when I don't exercise, as long as I keep taking my walks they are fine. It can be quite a motivator 'cos if my feet are cold I'm usually cold, and I hate being cold.
It's an absolute pain because before diagnosis I was always warm, even in winter, I would be stoating about in a t-shirt, it had to be in mid to low single figures before I even put on a jumper or fleece.
Maybe it's because I have downsized nearly four stone
Hmmm...... nah, it's more likely c**p circulation.
