Just want to run some figures past you for comments etc. As you can see there is some dreaded potato there and bread. I must stress this is start and I don't want to crash diet in one big leap, I doubt is good. In addition my previous carb intake must have been well over 300.
I think down to about 130to 150 max is a start?
The bread is home made, wholemeal/whole spelt/whole rye, high fibre for my Divertic.
have been weighing everything!
For example:
Toast/benecol spread 50g, 20c (carbs)
Peach slices, 4 70g 8c
Chicken sandwich/benecol 70g, 27c
Apple 74g, 9c
Roast chicken 0
fine beans80g tomato puree/garlic
carrots 80g total 7c
dreaded pots! Croquette 46g, 12c
Plain white sauce, 5c
Nuts, almonds/pecans 50g, 10c
Does this look right?
