So nearly 4 weeks in and changes ok. Apart from the 2 maltesers I had today with my afternoon coffee. Checking out carbs and what sugar's in those carbs. Still eating the odd slice of nimble with a dippy egg in a morning. But what's bothering me is the fat content as the nurse said my cholesterol is up too. I'm concentrating on carbs and sugar's too much am frightened I'm not eating the right amount of fat!! Also levels coming down nicely on 3 Metformin a day now. Oh and lost nearly a stone.
