So cutting down carbs is working nicely and levels coming from down nicely. However today I had porridge (oats half milk half water) and berries, then I had my tea at lunch as my daughter was home and going to work at 3 so we had some minced tacos and lots of salad (reduced fat mince and wholemeal tacos). Went for a walk and went shopping got back at 5 felt shaky checked levels and dropped from 12 to 5. Soo hard trying to stop sugar and carbs yet I've found twice now I've dropped quite quickly in such a short space of time! Any advice would be good.
